session rates

$150.00 for 55-60- minute session

$220.00 for 90-minute session

session times

All sessions are a minimum of 50-55 minutes.  Most clients meet weekly, bi- weekly (every other week) or monthly.

insurance

I am an out of network provider for all insurance plans. For out of network plans, I can provide you with the necessary documentation so you can request reimbursement from your insurance provider. Most insurance policies require a diagnosis for reimbursement. If I feel you meet criteria for a diagnosis I will give you that information. Understand that the diagnosis will be a part of your permanent insurance record.

As of January 1, 2022 providers are now required to issue a Good Faith Estimate to clients seeking services that are either out of network or private pay. To learn more, go here. 

cancellation policy

If you must cancel your appointment, I request that you provide a 24 hour notice. If notice is less than 24 hours, you will be charged for the session.
